Our Purpose

Monevate was founded on a simple truth: Pricing is a transformational lever for growth, but access to the exceptional consulting needed to harness it has typically been reserved for enterprise giants with massive budgets. We set out to change that.

Monevate delivers the cutting-edge insight, rigorous problem-solving, and strategic clarity you’d expect from one of the world’s top consulting firms, paired with the speed, flexibility, and depth fast-growing companies need. We specialize in tech but work with forward-thinking companies from a variety of sectors.

Our diverse team of analysts, associates, engagement managers, principals, and partners come from across the startup and consulting landscape with deep experience in pricing and monetization strategies.

Founded in 2021, we’ve helped shape monetization strategy for over 50 of the world’s most innovative companies. And we’re just getting started.

The Associate/Senior Associate Role

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a core member of our consulting team working on 6 to 12-week strategy engagements that help fast-growing tech companies develop their pricing, product, and monetization strategies. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who thrives on structured problem-solving, fast-paced learning, and high-impact solutioning.

You’ll take ownership of key workstreams—from uncovering insights from customer & financial data and running market research interviews and surveys, to shaping and presenting recommendations to client executives. You’ll work directly with the C-Suite, gaining exposure rarely found at larger firms.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (generalist or pricing-focused)
  • A track record of strong academic performance from a top college or university
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written—you’ll be a face of the firm when in the room with client executives
  • Advanced analytical skills—you’ve built models, run analyses, and can navigate complex data with confidence
  • Comfort working in PowerPoint to turn insights into compelling stories
  • Genuine interest in SaaS and pricing—professional experience is a plus, but curiosity and enthusiasm are a must
  • US-based location and ability to travel quarterly for internal business review and team-building sessions, and occasionally for client work

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Want to be part of a growing firm where roles evolve, responsibilities expand, and you help define how things are done
  • Love to build—we’re a young firm, and every team member helps shape who we are
  • Want high autonomy and real exposure to C-suite leaders at fast-growing companies
  • Get excited by pricing, monetization, and product strategy for innovative tech companies
  • Are looking for a team you can grow with long-term while earning compensation on par with top consulting firms

01

Hypothesis Development

Working with your Manager, you run diagnostic analyses to quantify revenue opportunity —sizing churn risk, mapping feature usage, and identifying pricing misalignment. The ED sets the strategic direction, while your Manager helps prioritize hypotheses and pressure-test the data story you’re building.

02

Market Insights

You take ownership of designing interview guides and leading primary market research interviews with power users, economic buyers, competitors, or churned accounts. Your Manager helps synthesize insights across sources and shapes the overarching storyline. Together, you highlight themes that reveal unmet needs and friction in the pricing model.

03

Solution Design

You build and own the financial model used to pressure-test potential strategies. Your model helps evaluate trade-offs across new packaging and pricing options. The Manager guides scenario logic and ensures it ties to the overall recommendations. The ED brings the big-picture strategy and works with you both to prepare for the C-suite presentation.
